Hello, I’m Keeffe McSweeney, president of Partners Management, a professional property management company that took root in Atlanta in 1981, and grew as our condo management and HOA management business grew, and as our investor-landlord clients grew and prospered.

I’m a 2nd generation real estate investor and property manager. I graduated from Villanova University School of Law and joined Partners Management to carry on a tradition of professional property management that began more than three decades ago.

As our name implies, we serve as partners with all of our association clients.

We have four property managers on staff, supported by six other professionals – all dedicated to helping association boards keep their communities running smoothly and the residents happy.

We work hard every day to be the best professional property management company in Atlanta.  That takes paying attention to all of the details inherent in condo management and HOA management, as well skill and experience in everything from collecting dues to legal, financial, managing contractors, resolving disputes, communication and heading off problems before they start.
